The use of band-sawn cedar and natural finishes brings warmth and texture, while the structured concrete elements ground the architecture, creating a sense of permanence and restraint.

Large-format aluminium joinery with thermally efficient glazing allows light to move freely through the interiors, while considered inclusions such as skylights and louvre screening enhance both privacy and natural ventilation. Internally, the focus shifts to texture and tone. Engineered timber flooring runs through the main living spaces, bringing warmth underfoot and anchoring the interiors with a natural, brushed finish. This is paired with polished concrete elements at ground level and a restrained material palette of stone, tile and soft neutral finishes, creating a calm and cohesive living environment.

Bathrooms and service areas continue this refined approach, with full-height tiling and carefully selected fittings contributing to a sense of quiet luxury. Throughout, detailing is considered — from flush transitions and minimal skirtings through to custom joinery and integrated elements that reinforce the architectural intent.
