Hidden down one of Mount Maunganui’s most exclusive streets this stunning four bedroom home was designed by
Mark Carnachan. The project was a large scale renovation with extensive architectural landscaping features, the exterior of the home is wrapped in linea weatherboard which looks striking in rich black paint and classic white edging.
The private courtyard and pool area separate the main home from the pool house - the pool house is a major feature of the project and was constructed with insitu poured concrete with ply grain finish. The pool house is finished with frameless glass bifold doors and decking boards over the floor so the deck flows right through the building.
Both the home and pool house have sophisticated automation and audio, ducted air conditioning and heating throughout.
The interiors are crafted with negative detailing throughout, clean lines and seamless finishes.
The kitchen was designed by Morgan Cronin and is a statement with a five metre central island, scullery and a Sub Zero fridge.
Much of the interior lighting is custom designed by Liv Light and made to provide a minimalist finish to the interior ambience.
High end products are featured throughout the home from the very best in oak timber flooring and wool carpets from
Gerrand Floorings to the Danish Vola bathroomware, Artedomus specialty tiles and custom made frameless showers.
Each bedroom features it’s own bathroom space to ensure privacy for both the owners and their guests. The home is private with custom fencing surrounding the property including pre cast concrete tilt panel fencing, a glass roofed carport and custom made automated entrance gate.
