From the outside the design brief of fun can be seen in the form of a custom designed and fabricated slide that snakes out of the upper floor connecting it with the lower floor.

Hidden down one of Mount Maunganui’s most exclusive streets this stunning four bedroom home was designed byMark Carnachan. The project was a large scale renovation with extensive architectural landscaping features, the exterior of the home is wrapped in linea weatherboard which looks striking in rich black paint and classic white edging.
SURFS EDGE.
Built by Calley Homes this project on the edge of Mount Maunganui’s
coastline saw a semi-detached townhouse separated from the adjoining property and then rebuilt. As the house is located in the coastal erosion zone it has been constructed in a way it can be deconstructed if future erosion occurs.
